Adv. Abdul Sattar Rana

With a decade of experience in Human Resources and Administration, Mr Abdul Sattar has driven the people side at Accountech as HR manager. He has an LLB and an MBA in Human Resources Management. He has worked in industries such as education, sugar and textile. He prefers to spend his free time reading, Traveling.
Abdul Sattar says that he found the professional, collaborative environment within Accountech, a complete contrast to the local autocratic ‘Mian culture’ and thus enjoyed building teams within this professionally conducive environment.
Jawad Hammed
(General Manager)
Mr Jawad has been an ACCA member since 2018 and before joining Accountech he was an internal auditor in the textile industry. His diverse technical experience brings added value to Accountech team as a senior executive manager. In his free time, he likes to brush up on his many professional and social skills.
Jawad says that given the opportunity early in Accountech was what drove him to achieve his career ambitions and he continues to do so.
Shaour Zafar
(Senior Porfolio Manager)
Mr Shaour has been in the accounting sector for 2.5 years and is an energetic ACCA member. His hard work and dedication have enabled him to fast progress to accounts manager role. In his free time, Shaour loves to travel and watch movies.
Shaour says he is the evidence that at Accountech, the ability and potential of individuals is seen and not the number of years’ experience
Muhammad Zubair Hafeez
(Senior Porfolio Manager)
As a gold Medallist in Commerce Mr Zubair exhibits great potential and work ethic and it is through these qualities he has progressed to team leader at Accountech in a short space of time. He has half a decade of experience of which 4 years are with Accountech. In his free time Zubair likes to travel and Play Squash.
Zubair says that the learning opportunities within Accountech and the company’s focus on developing its team members is what kept him interested, engaged and progress in his career.
Muhammad Sufyan
(Senior Porfolio Manager)
Sufyan is an ACCA member with over 07 years of industry experience. Before joining Accountech Business Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd., he worked in the finance department of a textile company and later in an import/export firm in the UAE. His extensive industry knowledge and eagerness to learn new skills make him a perfect fit for the position of Senior Portfolio Manager.
Sufyan shares that he has gained valuable experience at Accountech and appreciates the company’s culture of recognition and appreciation for hard work, values that he personally upholds in his professional approach.
Outside of work, Sufyan enjoys traveling and exploring new places in his free time.
Furqan Muhammad
(Senior Porfolio Manager)
Furqan holds a BS in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (London). He joined us in 2017 while pursuing his ACCA qualification, bringing with him an audit background. Since then, he has rapidly progressed to a team leader role and now leading Islamabad office, driving growth and team development.
In addition to his strong accounting expertise, Furqan brings knowledge of computer systems and IT.
Furqan is passionate about working in an environment where ideas are heard and turned into action. He thrives on continuous learning and improvement, which keeps him motivated to take on new challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and watching documentaries to broaden his knowledge and perspectives.
Muhammad Sheharyar Khan

Sheharyar is a dedicated ACCA member who joined Accountech in 2019 currently working as a Manager. Throughout his experience, he has demonstrated competitive expertise and commitment, making valuable contributions to the organizations he has been a part of. His in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, coupled with his hands-on experience, has allowed him to navigate complex challenges with proficiency.
Sheharyar's ability to adapt and grow within his role reflects his passion for continuous development and his drive to achieve excellence in every project he undertakes.
Urooj Zia
(Manager HR)
Urooj Zia joined Accountech Business Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. in November 2023 as an HR Manager. With over 04 years of professional experience in HR, she independently oversees the Accountech HR operations, managing all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, and more.
Urooj is dedicated to creating a positive work environment and helping employees grow, making her a valuable member of the Accountech team.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and practicing calligraphy.
